The app shows the same list at Settings › Keyboard, and Help › Keyboard Shortcuts opens it. Shortcuts can't be rebound. Copy and paste, undo, closing the window, zoom, full screen, hiding and quitting use the standard macOS shortcuts, listed in the menu bar. With an image focused, ⌘+, ⌘− and ⌘0 zoom the image instead of the window.
