# Keyboard shortcuts

Every keyboard shortcut in the Mac app, grouped by where it works.

The app shows the same list at **Settings › Keyboard**, and **Help › Keyboard Shortcuts** opens it. Shortcuts can't be rebound. Copy and paste, undo, closing the window, zoom, full screen, hiding and quitting use the standard macOS shortcuts, listed in the menu bar. With an image focused, `⌘+`, `⌘−` and `⌘0` zoom the image instead of the window.

## Anywhere

| Focus the message box | `⌘L` | with code lines selected, adds them |
| Back to the previous chat | `⌃Tab` |  |
| Go to chat N in the sidebar | `⌘1` to `⌘9` |  |
| Previous and next chat in the sidebar | `⌥↑` `⌥↓` |  |
| Up a level | `⌥⌘↑` |  |
| Open the work that needs you | `⌥⌘↓` |  |

| Cycle Agent, Multitask and Ask | `⇧Tab` |  |

| Open or close the model and effort picker | `⌘E` | on the effort when the model has levels |
| Stop the running turn | `Esc` | when the message box is empty; the work it started goes on |

## Queued messages

## Work in a chat
