Terms
These terms cover Lookout, made by Arcadia: the Mac app, the command line, this website and the accounts that connect them. Using Lookout means accepting them.
Accounts
Accounts are by invitation. What happens on your account is yours to answer for: keep your password and Recovery Key to yourself.
Your services
Lookout reaches models through the subscriptions and keys you connect, and your mail through the Google accounts you link. Each service's own terms govern your use of it.
The agent
The agent acts on your instructions, in the folders and accounts you give it. What it does at your direction is your responsibility: review what it changes.
Your content
Your code, chats and mail stay yours. Arcadia claims no rights to them. The Privacy policy says how Lookout handles Google user data.
Use
Don't use Lookout to break the law, to reach accounts or systems you have no right to, to send spam, or to attack Lookout or the services it connects to.
Availability
Lookout is in private alpha, provided as is and without warranties. Arcadia may change or stop any part of it, and may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Arcadia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, code or profits, arising from your use of Lookout.
Changes
Arcadia may change these terms. The date above says when they last changed.
